Cobra irons by year: LTDx to DS-Adapt, and one-length sets
Cobra makes two kinds of irons: game-improvement sets (LTDx, Aerojet, Darkspeed, DS-Adapt) and the forged King line. Many come in a one-length version, where every iron is built to the same length. Here's how to identify them and what they sell for used. Jump to used prices.

For 2026, Cobra added 3D-printed 3DP irons at about $330 per iron, including a game-improvement version, rather than a new DS-Adapt-style set.
One-length sets
In a one-length set, every iron has the same length, lie and weight (Darkspeed one-length irons are all 37.25", roughly a standard 7-iron). Some golfers love them and plenty won't consider them. Always check whether a listing says One Length, because a buyer expecting a standard set will send it back.

Standard-length Aerojet sets sold for about $320 in our sample, but there were only three sales. King Forged Tec prices span several generations, so newer sets sell toward the top of the range.
