Srixon ZX vs ZX Mk II vs ZXi irons: guide and used prices
Srixon's ZX irons have gone through four versions since 2021: ZX, ZX Mk II, the first ZXi and a second-generation ZXi arriving in October 2026. The numbers stay the same (7 for players, 5 for players distance, 4 for game improvement), so the generation is what sets the price. Jump to used prices.

Which model is which
- 7 (ZX7, ZX7 Mk II, ZXi7): compact players cavity back for good ball-strikers.
- 5 (ZX5, ZX5 Mk II, ZXi5): players distance, more forgiving with a thicker look.
- 4 (ZX4 Mk II, ZXi4): the most forgiving, for mid and higher handicaps.
- U (ZXiU and ZX Utility): driving irons for the 2–4 iron slots, sold as single clubs.
Two different ZXi generationsThe 2026 ZXi irons keep the same names as the 2025 set, and some outlets call them the 2027 ZXi. Ask for the year, or check for the new ZXi5+, before paying 2026 prices.
Expect first-generation ZXi prices to slipThe second-generation ZXi launches October 16, 2026. When a new version arrives, used prices for the previous one usually soften, so the 2025 ZXi numbers below may drift down over the next few months.
