Titleist T100 by year: 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2025

2019 T100
The original T100 launched alongside the T200 and T300 as Titleist's new T-Series. It has a polished chrome finish that shows wear more than later versions.
2021 T100
The 2021 update switched to a satin chrome finish, similar to Titleist's 620 MB and CB irons, which is the easiest way to tell it from 2019. Titleist also used denser tungsten and reshaped the sole with less bounce in the heel and more in the toe.
2023 T100
The 2023 version added a fully milled face for more consistent contact and an updated back bar that changes feel and sound. Visually it's close to the 2021, so confirm the year with the seller.
2025 T100
The 2025 T100 has lofts about one degree stronger than the 2023, so expect a little more distance per club. It also added variable face thickness in the 3–7 irons and more aggressive grooves in the short irons.

The jump from 2021 (about $480) to 2023 (about $750) is big. If you're buying to play, a clean 2021 set is often the best value in the lineup.
